How the plans differ:

Tier 1 plugs obvious lead leaks. Tier 2 is the core beta offer: qualify, route, and follow up with new leads with hands-on launch review. Tier 3 adds voice AI, appointment-request handling, recovery campaigns, review automation, and premium reporting.

Usage allowance included: Tier 1 includes $10/month, Tier 2 includes $25/month, and Tier 3 includes $50/month toward SMS, phone/call, carrier/A2P, and AI voice usage. Dedicated phone-number rental is normally included in setup; usage above the monthly allowance may be billed monthly to the card on file with a clear summary.

How much setup work do I have to do?

Very little. You complete the setup questionnaire, approve the recommended workflow, and provide any needed website or phone details. ProspectPull handles the integration work.

How fast can this go live?

Most internal setup work targets about 48 hours after your questionnaire is submitted. Phone numbers, A2P/SMS approval, and website widget installs can take longer depending on vendors or your website manager.

Is this a beta?

Yes. ProspectPull is in a founding-client beta. The offer is real and paid, but setup is intentionally hands-on while the platform is finalized. That is why each account is reviewed before customer-facing automation goes live.

Can ProspectPull help book jobs?

Yes, depending on your package and approved setup. ProspectPull can simply capture the lead and let you schedule it yourself, or it can help request appointment times and move jobs toward booking. You stay in control of quotes, emergency decisions, and any customer commitments.

Do you need access to my website?

Usually no. If you want a website chat widget, ProspectPull can send install code and instructions to whoever manages your website. We only request site access if you explicitly approve that route.

What about SMS compliance?

Setup includes review of opt-in language, STOP/HELP expectations, message types, and A2P/carrier requirements. SMS, phone, and carrier fees may vary and are confirmed before launch.
